I have not done lots of B&W before, what do you think of the one actually in my port? Color image is found here: http://eralar.smugmug.com/Modele/Diamon … &k=kPh6H87

Looking for your opinion especially on the B&W conversion, but not exclusively. Also would like to know which you believe to be the strongest, B&W or color?

Thank you

Edit: I have made a double post, as I felt it belonged more in the regular Critique section than here. If a mod could lock this one, please do.

The toes-up shot looks best in black and white as it removes real-life realism, and retains the lines and texture.

I can hardly see it through all the blur/-ve clarity you ruined it with.

Try again using a clarity setting of 0-10 and a moderate orange/red filter to keep the skin tones creamy if that's what you like.

Just my $0.02

Thanks a lot Stefano... you had me go back for tutorials, which is great smile

I remade the picture, and realized I had added lots of sharpening in Imagenomic - Portraiture, which I removed for this version.

Here is the new image: 18+ http://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/33790549 18+

What do you think?
