FPS Studios announces a new group shoot to be held on Saturday, October 19th, 2013. 10AM - 5PM.
I am excited to announce, an awesome themed group shoot for this month. Cowgirl, Country Girl, Farmers Daughter, call it what you like but we have access to a barn in Wilbraham, complete with horses, farm tractors, bales of hay, etc., etc. YEE-HAW!!!
Shooting will take place inside the barn, and outside if the weather permits. We ask that all models bring Country Girl / Cowgirl style outfits. Think: Jeans, shorts, cowboy hat, skirts, plaid shirts, boots, flannel shirts, things like that, but not limited to those items.
Models and photographers will work one on one, as many times as possible, in the allotted time.
Shooting in a different outfit with each photographer is ideal, for many different looks. The goal is to make this a portfolio building session for all parties involved, while having a lot of fun.
We will have Nicole White available for makeup, but if you prefer to do your own, feel free to arrive ready, and be the first one to shoot!
There are plenty of model spots open for those who would like to attend. Models are free, Photographers are $100 ahead of time to reserve your spot!
Models please arrive between 9am and 10am to have your make up done, hair needs to be camera ready.
Photographers: Perfect timing for you will be between 10 & 10:30am. If you're bringing a lot of gear, feel free to arrive early & get set up.
Photographers are required to bring their own camera and related gear. I've found these group shoots to be a great way to learn, experiment with light, improve your technique, and talk shop with other photographers. All skill levels are welcome to attend.
Please note: Because of the risk of fire, as well as with respect to the owners property, smoking will not be permitted on the premises. We also ask that everyone conducts themselves in a proper manner, giving the models the respect they deserve. Thank you.
If you will be attending, please contact Peter Fidalgo at PeterFidalgo@charter.net
We are also going to have no more than six photographers so we don't
end up with shortage of models, so once the six spots are filled
thats it for that shoot.
We will be taking some pictues of the farm this week so once we do
that we will send those out as well.
