Photographer Peter Fidalgo Posts: 9 Wilbraham, Massachusetts, US FPS Studios announces another unique group model shoot that we're sure will be another hit. If you missed "The Pool", if you missed "The Barn", here's another chance to join us. A Group Model Shoot with 7 - 8 female models on SUNDAY NOVEMBER 17TH, 2013 - from 9AM to until approximately 5PM Where: Bodyworks Unlimited - 347 Elm Street - East Longmeadow, Massachusetts We have private access to this clean, beautiful auto body shop for the day. Shooting will take place inside the auto body shop, with our models posing with the various custom painted classic cars, hot rods, motorcycles, baja buggy, vintage gasoline pumps, and lots of nostalstic auto related memorabilia, etc. The creativity possibilities at this venue are HUGE! Think "Pin-Up" Calendar! We suggest that models bring anything that suits the automobile repair theme such as shirts with car company logos, jeans, shorts, pin up style fashion, even swimsuits. The outfit choice can also includ your favorite dress or skirt, sweater, etc. and think new car show feature model, for a very classy look. The 50's and 60's style look would also be cool. EX: Sandy in the movie Grease perhaps? We met with the owner today and he's is thrilled for us to use his building, and will have awesome vehicles placed in the shop for our models to pose with. Models and photographers will work one on one, as many times as possible, in the allotted time. Photographers: please limit your time with each model to 45 minutes, give or take. That way, all photographers can shoot with each model at least once. Models: Shooting in a different outfit with each photographer is ideal, for different looks. The goal is to make this a portfolio building session for all parties involved, while having a lot of fun. We will have Nicole White available for makeup, but if you prefer to do your own, feel free to arrive camera ready, and be the first one to shoot! Models will be selected, by whoever replies to this email first. Please remember, we have zero tolerance for no shows, while we certainly understand that "things" happen, if you say you are coming, we expect you to be there. Photographer spots are $100.00 - PRE-PAID, and limited to 6 photographers ONLY. Once we know which models will be attending, we will let them know what time to arrive. By suggestion, we will be attempting to avoid the waiting time for makeup, by staggering the models arrival times. We appreciate any suggestions from any of you that might help these shoots go smoother. We like it when people leave happy!!! Photographers: Perfect arrival time for you will be between 10 & 10:30am. If you're bringing a lot of gear, or if you like to chat with others, feel free to arrive early to chat and/or get set up. Photographers are required to bring their own camera and related gear. I've found these group shoots to be a great way to learn, experiment with light, improve your technique, and "talk shop" with other photographers. All skill levels are welcome to attend. Our last shoot at the barn was a huge success and a lot of fun. We were blown away by the amount of outstanding images from that shoot. Nice job everyone!
