I have shot with this guy a few times, and each time he goes buckwild with the liquify tool in photoshop, making my boobs about 3 cups bigger. Sometimes the landscape in the background gets distorted, too, LOL!

I guess I shouldn't really care, since he's paying me to model, and apparently he's happy enough with my look that he keeps hiring me...but my feelings are still kinda hurt. Like, if you don't like my tits, don't hire me.

I was gonna ask if I should say anything, or if there was a polite way to bring it up, but....I think I just answered my own question. As long as he keeps paying me, I'll keep my mouth shut!!

Unless of course he asks why I'm not using those photos in my portfolio...in which case I'll tell him that would be false advertising!!

If you don't like it, tell him

If you fear he'll hire someone else and you can live with the horrible PS, then don't tell him (although after this post he probably already knows)

Sometimes to much of something can be a bad thing, his loss for not noticing. They are just right for you!

Keep robbing his piggy bank until it is empty. Your port is strong enough to not need the images that are distorted.

If you're just doing it for the money do you really care what he does with the images after the shoot.  If you were doing it for the sake of art I could see getting upset.

Of course there is a potential negative impact if he is a lousy retoucher and you end up looking like crap in the images and he posts them.  This might make other photographers that might potentially work with you not bother to contact you.

The only downside is that if he is using the photos in his portfolio, that is also misrepresenting you to other potential customers. We do look at credited shots too (of course you can choose exclude those from your side here but still they are out there).

I'm sure a lot of photographer do a little nip and tuck when it comes to boobs and bellies but I like to think I'm just compensating for a pose (or sometimes gravity) but it has to be subtle.

If you've shot with him several times, you presumably have a good connection with him - maybe you need to find a way to get the conversation round to it. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to use some shots in your portfolio for a change?

People have always liquefied and reshaped my nose. I've pretty much come to accept it. Same with hips. It's not unusual to get photos back with a good two inches hacked off my hips. I just opted to upload the most unflattering, fat-looking ass picture possible, so I figure you can't exactly get misled by my PSed butt, when you have an unflattering, au naturel photo right in my port.

If you want to post the edited pics post 'em.  In today's world I think everyone recognizes that the model is the starting point, not the end.  If a photographer can't make big boobs it's not your fault.

Wow if a photographer is using liquify so much the background is distorted, that's pretty bad! But you have a terrific portfolio and look so don't worry. The lack of his images in your portfolio says a lot!

Work with Urban Glam photogs. They will PS add inches to your rear never subtract

You advertise an "A" cup in your profile.  That's honestly who you are.
If someone chooses to "glamorize" you with Dolly Parton sized breasts, that's not on you.  That's on them.  I personally prefer OEM to aftermarket...especially photoshopped aftermarket.

You sound very uncomfortable with this, so you should tell him. If he's reasonable he will respect your thoughts and feelings about the issue and if he doesn't want to listen ... well, he's lost himself a good model.
I don't agree with the "just take the money" line - If you are not happy with it, you're not happy with it and no amount of money will compensate for that.

I don't think anybody is going to be too confused by a few badly photoshopped images floating around - there are plenty of others in your portfolio that represent you as you are.

You are sufficiently well known that anyone who is not totally clueless will already have a pretty good idea of your physique, so, frustrating as it might be, I don't think it is worth worrying about, because the reputational risk is minimal and money is always welcome.

If you're modeling to make money, keep shooting with him and keep your mouth shut. Every model gets photo-shopped.

If you're modeling to make a name, brand, and big career for yourself, don't keep working with him. UNLESS he's shooting you FOR a big campaign.  If he's poor with photo-shop, which is indicated since you said he distorts the background, then you wouldn't want your name associated with those bad images, if you're aim is beautiful photos and a good reputation.

Just my opinion.
