Is it worth it?
I've Natalia Taffarel's, and Gry Garness. Is his up to par?

Thanks smile

Natalia isn't a photographer, I have no idea what Ms. Garness is, Eric Almas is one of the most successful photographers living today. I believe his videos discuss thought process and execution of some of his more memorable images. I have no idea what you shoot or where you want to go, but if you think that an inside look at the process of one of the better photographers alive today is worth a peek, I advise you to take a peek.

I also have this dvd, but still not looked his. As has been said - there is no much post-processing. More than ideology (how he think, what's shoot, how go from sourses to final image and more interesting things).

Add to that *advertising smile

He's an amazing advertising photographer.

Note that Amy Dresser did a lot of his images.

I think his dvd is more of a great all rounder, Gry is the first one to see, than Natalia, then Carrie Beene

Thanks guys - I'm not looking for photoshop technique. Looks like ill get it. Hopefully it would help me learn how to see a location and imagine a composite out of what I see. Redoing existing composite with pre-provided assets from a DVD or a book is easier than dreaming one up from scratch...

I have a copy and found it very inspirational.

His customer service is outstanding, I had a couple of questions about the equipment he uses. I emailed him and his staff got back to me the same day or next day with an answer.
