I was looking at one in the marked down rack (last day on the "Sell by" date) that was marked down about $1.50/lb. I asked the butcher if it still qualified for the BOGO. It didn't. I commented that it was cheaper to buy the fresh ones. He replied "Yes, but if we put one of those orange stickers on it, someone will buy it."
