They were going to make that end a central area, but some hotels have taken it over and now they're concentrating on the other end of downtown. I'll check it out. I'm not sure how often they have the fountains running. May I get off topic, just a bit? I'm from San Diego, and one person was asking about his area. I know a fantastic place to shoot there.
