Hi,

I'm a new model although I joined a while ago. I only just decided I would try and modelling a go mainly as a hobby although I am serious about getting into the arts whether it's in the foreground or background.

Could I get a critique on my portfolio and what I could add or take away please?

#s 2-4 Very nice We see your face and figure - watch out for skin over-processing.






#5 Looks more like a movie poster than a photograph, a lot of skin processing. Your front leg looks larger than it is Because either the photographer used too wide a lens and/or your front calf is being pushed by your back leg. It's also much closer to the camera than the rest of you.


#6 Very pretty face and hair, much skin processing - too smooth.


#7 Odd color, somethings off


#8 Dynamic pose - look at the difference in your leg from #5


#9-!0 Lovely shots. Good poses and connection with camera.

Thanks very much Howard,  I agree about the over processing in the pics you pointed out, I've got pretty good skin so shouldn't need so much of it. Will hopefully be doing some shoots soon.
