Has anyone experienced Beijing? Is it safe? Is there money to be made there? Is Hong Kong better?

Anyone worked with I Look Management? Any agencies to recommend?

Please take this with a hefty grain of salt, but in the last year or so I've heard of some pretty terrible experiences of some (Western) models in China. There are a few blogs and articles about their experiences. Good luck.

From what I've heard\read, models hate it, but they usually have guaranteed money contracts. Which is the only place that happens.

Freelancer tend to have it easier than agency signed models. If you want a mode professional market, definitely go to Hong Kong.

I don't know much about I Look models, but I've heard there are better agencies in Beijing.

Random students working as models have been driving the pays and over all quality down for a while now. There is not really a standard. I am atually getting tired of it, and planning my return to Europe.

Hope this helped ye a bit. You can always drop me a line if you need more info.
