A different composition?
For me I am not a fan of the bridge cables running through her head
Cropping off the top of the sky that has no color could make the photo more interesting
[For me cropping down to just above the cable on photo right]
Take the yellow thing out of the pocket
Crop bottom off just below black belt [Will get rid of some wrinkles in dress and sleeves]

Wish you well

I agree with the above. Model would have been much better placed at the left side of the picture, where the bridge cables would have led our eyes to her. Actually, putting her just off center, at the low point of the cables might have achieved a better effect. You might want to make a paper cropping frame and play with it.

I, too, have issues with the composition. The landscape/background are OOF (and thus apparently not the subject of the photograph) but still prominent enough to distract/compete with the model. The model is squeezed down into the lower half of the image in a position of no real prominence.

On top of that, she's mid-blink.

I agree with the composition issues, especially with the top half of the frame - too much empty white space there.

I love the light on the subject.  Pleasant highlights on the face and jacket and the dress really pops.  However, the background and water have a very greenish look to them which makes the whole photo seem strange to me from a colour co-ordination point of view.  Maybe blue and red is not the best colour choice for the model's wardrobe in this setting or maybe you just need to put more light on the model and underexpose the background to tone down the green?
