It has 2 steel bones in front, the rest is plastic.
It has a front lacing for girls with bigger bust.
Modesty panel, flat corset lacing.
It's not a tight lace corset, but a nice one

I'd say it is a corset top, it's plastic boned, and quite comfortable to wear. It has hidden zip on one side, and the same white lacing on back.
I'm 24" waist 34C bust, to give you an idea about size.
