Question:

I'm using CC, though I'm liking it less and less. Aside from the random beeping I've noticed lately that if I zoom out below 33%, the image has a rather large amount of noise. I zoom in, it's gone. Anyone else encountered this? Have a way to fix it? I zoom out to check the image constantly, and if that's there it makes it far more difficult.

No not seeing this on mine. There's CC, CC 64bit and then there's CC 2014. I'm using the latter. Have you tried updating?
