So I finally got into model photography, and I am doing shoots I have always thought about doing. Can someone please tell me how good or how bad my pictures are the new and the old ones?

Cut you Logo waaaaaaaay down. It's about the model - not you.
Watch those hands - not so much the back of hands, more side views.

Distracting background - soften it by lowering your f/stop.

Cool lines here, but the model gets lost in the background.... Composition is poor.
