A model listed herself in San Francisco and LA as her additional location.  Does she mean that she does not mean traveling to LA.  And If I want to ask her to shoot in LA, do I have to pay for her travel?

For me for Exemple, My first Location is Moscow, and 2 other in France, pretty far

When I have some time in France, I do a casting call.
After, if someone ask me to shoot in France and that I am in Moscow, I wil resquest her/him to pay for the travel...
