I only have CS5 and I got an error message saying the camera model is not supported.  I have the most up to date version of camera raw available and installed, but still am not able to open the file.

Does anyone know of any sites to convert images from CR2 to TIF format for free?

Or could anyone convert this one file to TIF format?

And send it back through wetransfer?

Thanks

I used Adobe DNG converter converts to DNG file, then open in Photoshop. No problem there.

It wouldn't let me open it in the DNG converter.

I just did it without any problem. I got a dng file and also able to save it as a PSD. What version of the DNG converter you are using? I use 8.3.0.141.

Newer cameras aren't supported from the CS5 version, you need CS6 camera raw.

Canon's Digital Photo Pro can deal with it. The image is hot (over by 1/2 stop), though it looks like the highlight protection and exposure correction will pull it back OK.

Wetransfer cost $10 month to sign up & use. Sendspace is free for up to 300MB. If we have your email, can transfer the converted file to you.

If you have problems with any raw extension just check camera producer and download free converter from producer site. Some extensions are not supported or fully supported even in CS6
