The American Pinup Academy offers monthly, daily, and hourly rentals for photographers of all levels in the DC Metro. Our Studio is also ideal for photography classes and workshops too. We also have an inhouse team of MUA & MUAH for photographers to use.

Our 3000 sq ft beauty / makeup school / photography studio offers two separate shooting rooms, makeup & hair prep rooms, with a wide array of backdrops, a dedicated entrance and an option to use lighting equipment at an additional cost. It also includes a refrigerator within the studio as well as restrooms just outside in the hallway. Stereo to play your choice of music is also included.

Located in Clarendon, Arlington, Virginia, on Rt. 50 & N. Pershing Drive (across from Ft. Myer / Henderson Hall) the Studio is just ten minutes walking distance from Courthouse & Clarendon Metro Station, 15 minutes drive from downtown DC and offers plenty of FREE on-site parking.


Rates starting $50 per hourl (min. 2 hrs), studio is available 7 days a week. Discount rates available for multiple hour studio rental.
