November 07, 2011 2:49pm You have a truly fascinating relationship with water. Instead of finding the cliches, you supercede them by changing the very nature of what we expect water to be, and how water is supposed to behave. I am a little bit in love with your ability to maneuver such a fleeting substance: there is a reason for the saying that money runs through the fingers of some like water. And yet you challenge these statements - you challenge the nature we expect and give us an avenue of nature... "the road less traveled..." to explore, redefine our own understanding of what it is. That's what makes great art, and I think this is one of several reasons that you are a great artist.
