June 13, 2013 1:55pm Understand that I'm a rookie, trying to learn the art of portraiture ... I don't think you need this much makeup, it's distracting. I think the photographer got some nice detail of your eyes, which is really tough to do. Your black top is tough to light. If it were me, I'd have fixed that in post or dressed you in something with color and maybe a print. My last critique is that I'd like to see more light on your hair. There's little definition or color variation ... again, something that could be done in post. And again, you look great.
