July 21, 2014 7:20pm I absolutely love this photo! It is an excellent fitness shot! It's obvious you push yourself hard in the gym, which is what it takes, but be careful pushing yourself so hard. As a fitness trainer, I hate the thought of you putting so much strain on your heart and body. I do lots of research on heart attacks during heavy exercise, so PLEASE be careful! :)
