Born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, Vanesa's photography can best be described in three words: Simple. Urban. Elegant. With no formal introduction into photography education, her journey began on a simple Polaroid camera and became one of her greatest passions. She quotes, “I remember that feeling of excitement just before the film would develop. The anticipation of what could-be gave me a feeling like no-other.” Vanesa considers herself a constant student of the process, always seeking out the latest lighting and shooting methods and always remaining active in the photography community.

Vanesa’s portfolio can be described as diverse at such an early point in her career. She is often asked about her subject matter and which she prefers to capture. Her response, always eliciting a smile, is best explained by this direct quote, “I have never defined my art through labels. Instead, I try to convey each image with the beauty and awe as I see it.”

Based on quality work and excellent customer service, she has created one of the fastest growing photography businesses in Central Massachusetts. From portraits of nature to servicing local businesses with marketing and product imagery, she has begun to create a presence in the photography world. She boasts accolades such as working with stylists from Paul Mitchell: The School in Cranston, Rhode Island, the Los Angeles based publication, Fella Magazine, The JParkerGroup, Outside Interactive, as well as image branding with CEO and Founder of Stay Grindin Inc. O’Mega Red. In addition she continues to develop marketing imagery for local businesses, musicians, models, actresses, and entertainers. She has recently added Weddings and Event Photography to her repertoire as well. 

Whether it is capturing nature in all its glory , or assisting in the development of aspiring fashion models, she works with the same enthusiasm and focus throughout each project, She continues to build strong relationships with industry professionals, including make-up artists, hairstylists, graphic design artists and local photographers.
