Greetings and welcome to Willow's Veil Make Up Artisty!
Some may already know me as model Weeping Willow but many people who have worked with me know that my career goals lie in make up artistry.
I am a 22 year old HND Make Up Artistry student from Glasgow with a passion for art and creating beautiful images, which i strive to achieve through my make up skills.
♥ I am qualified with a VTCT in Theatrical and Media Make Up, an HNC in Fashion Make Up Artistry and am currently completing my HND at James Watt College, Greenock.
♥ I am active in the photographic scene in Scotland (particularly the alternative scene) and work well with models, photographers and studios.
♥ My make-up work is featured greatly in photographer 'Hudson Manilla's book 'One' published by Taschen.
♥ I have also done make-up for promotional shoots for fashion companies All Saints and G-Star.
♥ I am part of Aulround Productions theatre company as a resident make up artist having worked on their 2009 performance of 'Frankenstein' and the 2010 production of 'A doctor in Spite of himself'. Also i have worked on 'Jesus Christ Superstar at the Kings Theatre.
♥ I was awarded the 'Charles Fox Award for Media Artistry' in 2010 and placed 1st in James Watt College's 2009 bodypainting competition
I am qualified in special effects such as wounds, ageing, scars, bruising, prosthetics... (i love a bit of horror!) Face and bodypainting, wigs, theatrical make up, and photographic make up and my interests particularly lie in alternative and avant garde styles.
