Circa 2003, Dec 31st as I was waiting for the dawn of another new year, having no clue what to do with my life at 15. I tuned into Fashion TV which at the time was a big taboo in India for its nudity; I was watching the making of the Pirelli Calendar 2004 by Nick Knight; making sure my Mom doesn't walk in!

Besides the jaw-dropping gorgeous woman, something about capturing deep emotions through colors movement and light in a single frame struck me like love at first sight. I think that was the tipping point into art and somewhere deep inside how I connect with life and its interesting stories through photography.

Fast forward a decade and the period figuring out how to make a career out of this, I went to Undergrad for Visual Communication at Madras Christian College, assisted renowned photographers across India, climbed the ladder into freelancing for advertising, editorial and social impact projects. Somewhere along this journey, I found my rebirth in travel. My friends call me a 'travel addict' now, I try to travel the world capturing light, humans & their stories. I'm 34 now and my journey has just begun.
