I'm officially retired until another garage/studio conversion can take place I'm on hiatus. I haven't shot in a while and probably won't until who knows long.

I have a free Model Mayhem site because photography is my hobby not my profession but my work is professional grade. I pay and get paid. I pay professional models that are above my skill level and get paid by models that aren’t. If you’re just starting out and want be to photographed fully clothed; pay me, everything else is negotiable. Session expectations must be discussed just in advance. Unobtrusive escorts are welcome. I’m a no drama, low key kind of guy with a sarcastic wit and have a wife with a jealous bone you wouldn't believe. I like to keep the sessions sharp but lighthearted.

I’ve been around since the ‘good old days’ of film, back when men shaved and women didn't, but I’m not just an old guy with a camera. Okay, I’m an old guy, but my past work is just the lead in to my Legacy Portfolio. This Model Mayhem Portfolio will be the showcase for my beauty, glamour and fine art portfolio. Right now it is NOT the showcase intended to be.

Beauty/Headshots have always been one of my favorite mediums and it’s the first set up I use. This is time well spent getting to know each other’s style, going over the agreed upon expectations and Beauty/Headshots are always essential to glamour portfolios. Head and half shots can be done with the same set-up.

Glamour is what I’ve studied for the past 20 plus years and I’m good at it. My outside boundary: Open legs-yes. Open you know what-no. My style of glamour ranges the spectrum of glamour but my favorite is editorial glamour and is what I want to shoot going forward. Something with an edge.

The same goes for my fine art nudes. Sometimes the model will be recognizable-other times-not. When the model is recognizable her expression must set the tone of the image. When her identity is concealed the beauty of her form will set the tone. Either way, the image has to say something other than here’s a picture of a naked lady.
