About Me

As a mother of three small children, Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer I keep myself quite busy.  My family and our health is my main priority.  I love teaching others about living a healthy lifestyle through food, exercise and stress management.  I also love to travel.  Exercise has always been a part of my life through sports and teaching aerobics.  To challenge myself, I competed for the first time this year in a figure competition.  A friend of mine inspired me to compete, informed me of this website and has sparked my interest in fitness modeling.  I welcome the opportunity to pose as a fitness/health model to show off my hard work and to hopefully inspire others to live healthfully.  Thank you, Dania
