About Me

I have always loved taking pictures. Manipulating the images I took was one of my biggest attractions to Photoshop as a creative device, but It wasn’t until a couple of years ago that I started trying to take my photography a little more serious and tried to integrate it into my workflow. If you take a look at my personal portfolio at www.borderlinegfx.com you can see, the subject matter runs the gamut – no pun intended – and I am comfortable in many different settings shooting all sorts of subjects.

My design work and photography has appeared in numerous national and regional publications including Southern Living, Conde Naste, Family Circle, Bay Life, The Circuit, Panama City Living, Cycle Source, Full Throttle, USRider News, and American Iron's Baggers.

I am currently a freelance photographer, graphic & web designer, and marketing consultant. I am also the Art Director and Staff Photographer for one of the area’s most popular regional magazines. My wife Paula usually handles al of the communication & logistics of our shoots and she is on-site at all of the shoots to help with everything from set up & lighting to creative input and as she puts it, “to make sure that fine details are not overlooked!”

I signed up for Model Mayhem for a few reasons:
►To find fresh faces (girls, guys, kids, family, etc..) for the magazine I shoot for.
►To find models for motorcycle and hot rod shoots that my wife & I do from time to time.
►To find models that would be interesting in promotional work.
►To find models that are interested in shooting some very creative stuff (props, sets, extravagant makeup & hair) just for the fun of being creative.
►To provide portfolio shoots for up and coming models.
►To provide specialty photography & design for people that want to do something special for their better half. Things like swimsuit calendars, boudoir shoots, greeting/holiday cards, etc…
