Hi there, I am back and still working on my Nude & Tattooed project. It is a series of nudes depicting peoples tattooed artwork and I will be having an exhibition when I have completed shooting. I have no specific time frame on when this will be completed, just when I have enough great images.

I shoot full time in a studio in Brisbane and this is a "Passion Project" for me. I will be using my spare time to shoot this project so editing and posting images will take the back seat to my normal paid work.

The time it takes to organise these shoots and the post production work means I do not want any time wasters. If I organise a shoot, I expect you to turn up, and turn up on time! If for any reason I have to reschedule I will call you and make a new time. I expect the same in return. Don't text message me at the last minute and say you can't make it, this is not high school. Don't get your Mum/Dad/Girlfriend/Boyfriend to call me (This has happened!!) And don't just not turn up, never call and offer an explanation or ever apologise. (This has happened as well)

Just to put things into perspective, if we shoot for 2 hours I have probably spent an hour before hand preparing and setting up. I will spend up to 15 to 20 hours in post production downloading, editing and retouching. So this is not a couple of snapshots for a bit of fun. However I do expect you to have fun!! I absolutely love what I do and like to make the shoots fun as well.

You will not be paid!! (ie money, cash etc) I will provide you with a selection of images in low res for MM display and high res to Print 8x12@300DPI.

I have been contacted by "Models" who have said they would love to be involved and how much am I paying per hour. Now if you are a "Model" let me explain how this works. If you are a "Model" you will probably have an agency that gets you work for a company that wants to use your face (Or something else!!) to promote their product. The company pays for your time and the Agency gets a cut and you get a cut. (Quite often a lucrative piece of the pie depending on your contract with the modelling agency) If you are great at doing this you will sell lots of products and make this company lots of money and they will use you again and again!! That is not what I am doing here, I am shooting a project at my own expense for artistic pleasure!! And anyway, if you were a working model why are you asking a photographer to pay you for work!! We generally get paid to shoot!! Go get an agent!!

You can bring your girlfriend/boyfriend/friend along, in fact I encourage it (I can always use an assistant) However, depending on what we are shooting and how the impact on the shoot will depend on if they stay in the studio or close to the location. (Extra people on set can hinder or help a performance)

Some things to remember.

-Turn up and be on time!!
-Have fun!
-Don't be afraid to bring ideas to the table!!
-Don't turn up hung over.
-Bring lots of outfits and shoes.

I am still working on my 20 Girls & a Gun project as well which obviously is only open to females. It has a more specific theme involving a jacket and a replica Glock Pistol. This project is open to any female, tattooed or not.

Finally, I will be editing my friend list down to people I have worked with and potential new models. Don't take this personally if I remove you, I will re-add you if we work well together.
