From a young age I have always been involved in sport. I was always an all- rounder but particularly good at athletics. When I left school, I gained a fitness instructor qualification, which led me to work as a personal trainer at then called Holmes Place. It was at this point in my life that I really developed the serious passion for health and fitness.Ever since I have been training 5 to 6 times a week, mixing weight training with cardio workouts. I have taken up a healthy lifestyle, for example, becoming more aware of the importance of exercise and nutrition. I really think health is a key factor in life primarily because good health makes you feel better about yourself and gives you self-confidence in your appearance. I believe if you look after yourself from the start your body will pay you back as you get older. As a result of keeping fit, training consistently, being persistant and gaining knowledge, I have come to a stage where I would like to promote my lifestyle. I am interested in sports and fitness modelling, one of my main aims is to build a sucessful career in the industry.
