I'm a Certified Aerobics Instructor & Personal Trainer with endorsements for Step Aerobics, Kickboxing Aerobics and Group Exercise by the International Fitness Association (IFA), and a member of Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). In addition, I am CPR & AED Certified.

I live in New York training clients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx & the Westchester area. My clients range from Business Owners, Professors, Entertainment Producers, Nurses, Social Workers, Police Officers, and Seniors to name a few. I'm also the only active female member of the male dominated group ‘Barmasters Xtreme’, www.barmastersxtreme.com which performs the most extreme workout phenomenon on the bar and ground. Its mission is to entertain while motivating people to get involved in health and fitness.

While being a trainer, I'm currently pursuing my career of becoming an international professional fitness model, an advocate for health & fitness worldwide and an actress.

I'm here to network and make connections in the fitness industry, such as meeting and working with fitness photographers, fitness editors etc or anyone connected in the fitness/health industry who are looking to hire fitness models.
