Hello, thank you for taking a look at my port. My name is Katherine Violette and i am a freelance licensed hair stylist and makeup artist based out of New England (please contact to see where i am, as i have been traveling much of the east coast) I have over 7 years experience in salon and on location, styling hair and doing makeup application for photoshoots and special events.

I am professional, FAST, and deliver. You will not be waiting 3 hours for hair and makeup to be finished. I know your time is important. Most looks can be achieved in an hour or less, I pride myself on delivering outstanding work in reasonable time. If the concept we have discussed involves more time, as some looks do, it will be discussed and planned.

I love old hollywood, pin-up, and full on modern glamor/special occasion makeup looks. These tend to be my focus, although i am able and willing to do all sorts of hair and makeup looks. I love a challenge. I have experience in all types of makeup application including bridal, glamour, pin-up/retro, avante garde, and editorial. i'm inspired by everything, i love what i do, and enjoy working with, and meeting, new people!

I would love to collaborate with creative and talented models/photographers. Doing select TFP at the moment, paid work take priority. Message me with inquiries and to discuss rates.
