I'm Christine, I am the designer for WRKG clothing.

WRKG (Rise Beneath the Surface), was established in 2005.
It's a mixture of reconstructed concepts, vintage, & original clothing.

it's named WRKG (wrec-kage) "Rise Beneath the Surface"
to bring back not only the meaning in clothes we've neglected,
but to also support neglected countries, families, friends... anything & everything
that are in a "wreckage" & to make known that they too can rise from
all the weary in this world & for us to give back or to pay it forward
in any little way we can, could help them get back on their feet,
& to not be shaken down, but to now be able to stand their ground.
