While primarily a photographer, I want to portray the feminine form and spirit with authenticity and integrity. I want to demonstrate the intelligence and range of character that women have. I also want to combat the negative stereotypes where women are shown to be submissive and oppressed. There are hypocritical elements of our culture that want to impose false morals and subordinate the freedom and value of women. Let my work show that these are vile deceptions and that woman are not to be marginalized. I'm ready for any type of theme. I can shoot in my studio, on location, outdoors and even underwater. Let's have some costume and cut them up. Maybe you can climb a tree or we can go to a canyon or desert. Let's not be limited by imagination. WORKING WITH ME I'm open to collaborations and sometimes hiring models. I prefer to shoot themes that are body positive where women are portrayed with empowerment and are self-assured and uninhibited by false and hypocritical entities . I've been a full time professional photographer for many years and equipped to shoot in the studio, on location, outdoors and even underwater. I have about 700 pieces of clothing and accessories for shoots. The more unusual the better. I construct my art to pay tribute to the magnificence of the feminine form. It soothes my psyche to portray women, with honest emotion, authenticity of character, with no indignity or diminished capacity, from any view. I use my imagination to exemplify the themes my conscience conjures up and draw attention to what hasn’t been envisioned or cared by society. I thrive on the diversity of ideas rather than the homogenization of vanilla. I want my images to imprint on your memories before all those moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain. If you want to know who I am and my motivation, you should know that Roy Batty and I have many parallels that shaped our nature. I’ve use his last words with my testimony sandwiched between, to describe what has constructed my character and provides me the perseverance for my artistry. If you know who Roy Batty is, then you will understand the devotion and purposefulness that is my spirit. I am an artist who uses photography as my tool to tell a story. I want the story to be truthful and authentic about human emotion, unhappy if need be, ecstatic if present, with no false pretenses or glamour. I like colour, and let it be the red of fresh dripping blood or the pale blue of depression. Shades of grey don't have enough colour to speak for me. I'm changing my evil ways. I'm becoming more demented and twisted. I want to take you down into the darkness of your fears. Get out of the Matrix, forget the views and opinions of a hypocritical Puritan society. Help me make a truly beautiful and spectacular reality. Let’s go past "Velocity not Exceed". Forget "Edgy", it only takes it to the limits of acceptability Let’s see what we get when we do what we want, with no fear and no limits. Let's not be pretty, clean and everything nice. I want people to scream what they think even if they have nothing to say. Let the adjectives be disturbing, dark, bizarre, bi-polar. Let’s have costumes, animals, strange places, tattoos, piercings, broken glass, mirrors and rope. No Victoria Secrets, Gucci or Chanel unless they are ripped, torn and dirty. "Dorola is terribly generous,, all communications went smoothly. I was incredibly excited for our shoot. I was stunned by how well equipped and accommodating he was on the day of the shoot. He had absolutely everything you can imagine. A walk-in closet with outfits organised neatly by dress size, bath robes and towels, food and drinks, quirky , makeup removers, hair accessories etc. I barely need to prepare anything. he took care of me, All of us had a proper laugh throughout the shoot. Hours and hours went by but everything was worth it for the stunning images he captured. The unedited images already had me in awe. High quality. High definition. Vibrant colours. If he's also supremely organized, reliable, punctual, and congruent [=words match actions], he's amazing. If he keenly attends to detail and has a balance of directing a model when needed to perfect a pose and letting her express herself freestyle, he's a genius. If he adds a sense of humour, tolerance for every taste, unbelievable hospitality, absolute professionalism, and a smile on the face all the time, he's one in 8 billion.
