I'm Dustin, I'm not especially good looking or model-like nor do I claim to know what I'm doing, but I take direction well and can be very photogenic. I would really just like to help in creating art. Modeling is more of a hobby so I'm not really concerned with payment, but if I did pick up a couple paying gigs here and there I would be very pleased.
Creatively I would love to do a shoot based on some of my favorite filmmakers and films. Cult/horror directors like David Lynch, Sam Raimi, Dario Argento (I swear his composition and lighting in Suspiria and Inferno is frickin' amazing), David Cronenberg, Lucio Fulci. Also master directors like Bergman, Fellini and Bertolucci.

In addtion to offbeat films classic rock photography is another major influence (or would like to rip off). I have tons of coffee table books with photos by Mich Rock, Linda McCartney, and Richard Avadon.

I also have no problem geeking out and dressing up as any sci-fi/fantasy/comic book characters. I once dressed as Captain Kirk to pick my brother up from the Airport (it wasn't Halloween and I probably would have preffered to dress as Doctor Who).


Oh yeah, and my fashion icon is Vince Noir from “The Mighty Boosh”

I also secretly wish I was talented enough to actually take the photos, not be in them.

I just decided my dream shoot would be a Blade Runner themed shoot (yes, I'm that big of a nerd).
