Patricia is a graduate from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, Pa. holding a Bachelor of Arts. She worked as a freelance Illustrator in Chicago for a brief spell. It was at this time that she discovered a wider world of wild and juicy creative flow, fire, art, dance, dust and light. The seas were a-changing, and this intrepid adventurer set her sails high...

The big wide world beckoned, so in 2004 she followed her heart (and a strong case of wanderlust) to New Zealand, where she discovered a passion for teaching and the transformative power of creativity. This is where she joined The Learning Connexion in Wellington, New Zealand as a mentor and helped other artists discover their hidden talents (all the while, reconnecting with her own). During these formative years as a teacher, Patricia was also developing her own business as a Henna artist and having exhibitions of her own fine art.

In the year 2007, after a 6 month trip through the wilds of Central and South America, she returned to the United States. It was at this time that she decided to concentrate on developing her own vision for a life dedicated to transformative art. So taking her life in her hands once again, Patricia embarked on the perilous journey to becoming a full time Artist. Harnessing her imagination and un-stoppable energy, she has thrived on the many challenges which have come her way. This can be seen in the creation of her Illustration and Body Art Business, Divine Gypsy Designs, which specializes in Henna, Face and Body Painting, Illustration, and Fine Art. She is a professional Artist versed in multi - media: Paints, canvas, bodies, murals, sculpture, fashion, costumes, environments and set design. She seeks connection with like minded souls to create mind blowing art that can change the world...

Never turning down a great project, Patricia has also made black light reactive murals for festivals and nightclubs, created living art with Body Painting at galleries, parties, openings and festivals, all the while staying involved with the local community offering a variety of classes and workshops for every age group.
