Hello! My name is Matthew Porter and I’m a hard working professional actor here in New York and a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts(CAP-21). I furthered my education at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. I’ve performed in numerous productions of new and original musicals and plays here in the city and around the world. I’ve voiced animations for Cartoon Network and I’ve performed under the direction of Sir Jonathan Miller at Lincoln Center. I also have several national commercials under my belt (you can see a mash up reel of them on my website). Needless to say, I have a wealth of professional acting experience.

When I’m not in the spotlight on stage or screen, I work on 30 Rock with Alec Baldwin as his stand-in/photo double/line reader. Great fun as you can imagine. My point: I work with the best because I try to be the best.

I joined Model Mayhem to meet and work with some new photographers who are looking to expand their books. I need to expand my portfolio. I have booked a couple national and international print campaigns for Microsoft and hope to do more by building my network foundation.
