I'm a traditional painter first and a novice photographer second. I take photos mainly to use as reference material for my paintings, and thus I have little need for settings or backdrops. I admittedly require much practice with lighting. Many of the models I have worked with are friends or volunteers, though I have need of more professional models for future works I have planned. My art is somewhat dark in theme, and while this is not necessarily conveyed through my reference photos, it can be seen plainly in my finished paintings. My preferred mediums are acrylic on canvas and pencil drawings. I look forward to working with professional models and learning from the inspirational work of other photographers.
