Be apart of the creation of an amazing photography book!
The concept: Shooting the goddess in nature, pictures will be B&W, high contrast and very grainy. We will be body painting and shooting 1 - 3 women at a time. Looking to do most shoots with two models at a time, no animated poses... but more strong verticals, almost human totems if you will.
Looking for models who want to experiment, who want to shoot artsy/tribal/edgy. The idea is to focus on the women and the body art more than the fashion. The shots are to look timeless, avant garde. (Nothing erotic/pornographic/playboy-esque)
This project may also present future money for you ...the team will be reimbursed through royalties from book and print sells, and will absolutely give you top notch images for your portfolio and something to add to your list of credits, as well as, exposure in the Basel Miami Art Fair.
Below are extra details on when, where, and what:
Primarily looking to shoot in Malibu, so we need to shoot on days that its cloudy, partly cloudy preferably. Shooting time will be 3-4 hours.
Shoots will start a few hours before sunset, which is currently
6:22 pm. This means we are on location, at the shoot point ready to go a few hours (3-4 hrs) before sunset, so this means we need to meet at the studio, paint, MU, hair, style models, then drive to location and walk or hike, all before shoot time.
We want only a small team of models to shoot with, this means a core group only for this project. Talented makeup artists, body painters, and a few choice models (one being you).
The goal for a dead-line is Mid-November. By then WE MUST have 1/4 - 1/2 of the book done, so that myself or my Rep can take the book and/or prints to the Basel Miami Art Fair. http://www.artbasel.com/
