I am from Colombia, (full Colombian... so mystery solved) and I have enjoyed travelling around the word with my family work and friends, I have been in the Modelling industry for about 2 years and a bit more so I can say that I am confident with what I do and I do enjoy myself being part of this industry and getting to know more talented people. I love representing exciting opportunity to gain some first-hand experience of a firm in which I feel I am motivated and challenged on a daily basis, both to develop as an individual as well as to deliver value. Indeed, it is my intention to advance through and to get a good grounding within the fashion industry. I recognise this to be a significant step that will identify the area of the business in which I can make a solid contribution.
I have always maintained an interest in the fashion industry, whether through modelling and experience as well as through my studies of interior design . This is why I feel that I have been drawn to such wold, I have had a lot of experience handling individual responsibility and teamwork in the past as a model In PHANTOM MODELS in whilst in Singapore. I therefore strongly appreciate the values of communication, collaboration and the need for strong interpersonal skills in order to succeed. Having these responsibilities alongside my studies has also improved my time-management, organisational skills and my ability to multi-task. Modelling does give me the first hand experience of hard-working and motivated individuals, and to achieve the full extent of my abilities.
Moreover, I appreciate the intense nature of the industry that requires stamina and perseverance. I also consider that my IB qualifications demonstrate my ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations as well as my willingness to embrace challenges and problems with enthusiasm. In particular, my flare in Art and design will be invaluable within fashion because of the need for both strong artistic and creative skills.
