I have been told that I should consider modeling since I was 16. It took me years of off again, on again debate and life circumstances to choose what it was I was wanted and now having the freedom to go after it. Modeling is a wonderful artisitic expression, not just a moneymaker (though being able to earn while you're having fun is nice), for the model, the photographer, makeup artist, client, everybody involved including the young girls who look at pretty pictures. It's also a dangerous world and I'm happier now that I waited till MY time was right to start getting into the game and not risk being lost in it. I've worked with several wonderful photographers (some paid gigs), print, runway and club promo events. It's true what they say that in modeling; "It's not about you" but, to my mind ONLY to a degree. How I envision modeling is that its constructive evaluation of yourself and the same applies to all others involved.
It's acting and, like acting, it is theraputic. The most beautiful part is in an instant flash, something phenomenal can be captured, never able to be repeated. It can be a minor to major collaboration; the canvas (model), painter (makeup or designer), time's eye (the photographer) and, on occasion, the patron of art (the client). I love artistic expression and expanding on myself, in many ways, as well as finding kindred spirits whom can contribute to one another.
P.S. I will only do implied nudes, come with an escort always on first shoot with a photographer, and have a personal contract with WFT in order to protect my image, if this is not to your liking please find someone more accomodating. Thanks for looking
