Basic retouching rates are £40 per hour with a 1 hour min charge (so best to have a few images done at the same time if the retouches are small) most standard picture retouches take about 30mins to an hour each.

Remember if someone says they can retouch your pictures for $10 etc. they cannot be doing a very thorough job, I take great pride in my work and I hope you will be very pleased with the results.
