Im Leigh Joanna Belle O. Caayao. I hold a degree in BS Accountancy and a post graduate diploma in Bachelor of Law but i don't have either of the two as a profession. When God didn't gave any of the two titles despite the fact that I sacrificed a lot, I knew He has other plans for me.

When I was in my second year in law school, i was dreaming of going to makeup school but I didn't have the time then so i waited years for it to be realized.

Last January, while waiting for the 2010 Bar Exams Results, i enrolled in HD Beauty and fashion makeup course at HD Makeup Studio and Academy, Ortigas under Mr. Jeave Gabiana and Ms. Stef Chua Sing. It was a two-week intensive training with everyday lectures, demos and hands-on application on live models. It was there that I got to discover that the price doesn't follow the quality of the makeup. I know that most of us tend to purchase the expensive products, only to find out later on that they don't actually adhere to the skin and are really difficult to blend.

With the help of my mentors, Mr. Jeave Gabiana and Ms. Stef Chua-Sing of HD Makeup Studio and Academy, little by little, i am fulfilling my other dream job... My other dream job remains to be becoming a lawyer :D

I am now trying to explore my other options and also to hone my newly found craft so as no to be an embarrassment to myself and to my mentors comes the time that i'll be positioned in the front row.

As a professional makeup artist, I use High Definition products used by professionals all over the world, such as Graftobian, OCC, Kryolan. I also use consumer's products such as MAC (my favorite brand for lipstick), Lancome, Shu, Estee Lauder, and Elizabeth Arden.

Recently, I enrolled in Airbrush Makeup Course, again with HD Makeup Studio and Academy. Most airbrush makeup workshops lasts for 3 to 4 hours, ours is a 4-meeting course that starts from 10am to 6pm (but we actually end around 7:30). That is how extensive and at the same time, intensive our training is. On the first day, we were trained to control both the pressure and the pigment, thereby, making the application precise. Next meeting, we will be practicing on live models while the third and last meeting will be devoted to our portfolio shoot; 2 models and for looks a day.
