I'm living in the Netherlands. I'm an allround photographer and started photographing at the age of 6. I work with both a digital Fullframe 35mm camera and a Hasselblad FilmCamera for my Modellingwork. I own a studio.

As you can see I also do artistic nude shoots. I believe being able (as a male photographer) to execute artistic nude shoots successfully is the proof of acceptance.

I am interested in the perfect pose and dance move.

All must be in correct position from eye, mouth and facial expression, position of the head, position of the hands and fingers up to and including, legs and toes and this in relation to the point of view of the camera. I as photographer control the latest including lighting, composition, background and framing.

The dancer/model must be in control over his/her entire pose up to including the fingers and toes. I will only give very few instructions about a pose in very rare cases.

Now I am coming to the point that I can say I work only with professional dancers and very limited with other models.


Although you see a lot of artistic nude pictures here, I am more interested in photographing dancers dressed according their dresscodes i.e. how they are dressed on stage. I do and will take pictures in their own outfit in the city of Amsterdam and in the forest and dune locations in the neighbourhood of Amsterdam. I am looking for collaborations with dancers who can use the pictures for promotion and portfolio.

I know the best spots in Amsterdam to create fantastic images. Same is true for spots in the Forest of Amsterdam, I know the very few locations for execellent shoots.

Excellent Dune and beach spots near Bloemendaal are limited, but I know them all.

So I create both images in studio and outside in Amsterdam and nature around Amsterdam.

There are also possiblities to shoot abroad on excellent locations where I have travelled a lot and know the best spots, like Paris, Rome, Sicily, Dolomiti (Italy), Pyrenees (Spain/France), Serra da Estrela (Portugal), Lofots (Norway), (former) Yugoslavia, Greece, Turkey, Morocco and Algeria.

I plan Paris city shoots for one day e.g. Leaving early in the morning from Amsterdam, home after midnight. I.e One way and return by car. I combine this with a second shoot in Amsterdam so we do same outfit in Amsterdam and Paris etc. To be creative. etc.
