My name is Robert Darabos.
I am a Saginaw-based artist, though I can easily travel just about anywhere.
I am a fine artist, mainly working in printmaking and painting, as well as photography.  I also do graphic design work and work in ceramics.

EDUCATION:

I have studied photography for about 3 years with classical film camera training as well as digital camera training.  I currently have an Associate of Arts Degree and am still studying for a Bachelor of Arts.
I have been studying the fine arts for close to two decades.

ARTWORK:
------------
I show my fine art work, paintings and printmaking work in galleries consistently throughout the year.  My work has and still consistently appears throughout the United States in Chicago, New York, Michigan, Kansas, Arizona, Kentucky, Virginia, Washington, North Carolina, Georgia, throughout Canada, as well as in Japan, China, England, Mexico, Wales, England, Malaysia and Australia.

Just recently some of my fine art works were accepted into the permanent collection in the Prints, Drawing & Photography department at the Detroit Institute of Arts, which is rated as a top 5 museum in the United States.
I have also just recently had some of my print work accepted into the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in Wales, the Chengdu Academy of Fine Arts in Sichuan, China, and the Hambis Printmaking Museum, in Cyprus.
