My name is Leilani Grace Clark, and I was born and raised on the lovely island of Maui, which I am proud to call my home. I am a high school graduate, I just finished working my butt off to graduate a year early and get out into the big, scary, real world. My whole life I have been told I should model and I always just brushed it off as people being nice, but here lately they seem to be real serious about it. My first modeling experience in the spring of 2010 was a fashion show with the clothing Company Serendipity here on island, and I am working on building my portfolio. Recently, I was lucky enough to be a model in a runway event featuring four designers from the television show Project Runway, and I wore Michael Drummond and Mondo Guerra's closing designs. That event also took place on Maui. I also participated in the Maui Wedding Expo in July of 2011, where I modeled for Serendipity again. Another recent show was the Couture Hawaii Fashion Show, where I modeled for designers including Anne Namba, Bernard Foong, and Luis Cartel. It took place at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center in Kahului, Maui, Hawaii, in September of 2011. That was by far the most exciting fashion show event I have been in, and I can not wait to continue with these shows, and maybe one day soon travel internationally as a runway model.
