The photo manipulations are based on the theme that the commissioner wants, will do mostly all types of themes.

Will not do child photos, and material that could infringe the copyright policy.
Commissioner must prove that the photos are own and not otherwise.
Price range depends from the basic types of photo manipulations to more complicated photo manipulations (those can depend on the details wanted or required)
