My artistic flair and eye for color became evident at a very young age through my passion for studying art. With time came my passion for hair and makeup.

I have studied and perfected my craft through training with one of Toronto’s top hair and makeup artist Shirley Wu, as well as attended The Professional School of Makeup and Glow Academy. I have freelanced with many artists in Toronto but am ready to venture out on my own.

I recently got married and moved to California and am looking to start my Hair and Makeup business called "Ever After… by Cindy Mann", I thought Model Mayhem would be a great way to network with people.
