Tamarea is a fashion model, entrepreneur, activist, and published writer. Though she was born in Newark, New Jersey, Tamarea the Model proudly claims the state of North Carolina as her home. Tamarea was featured in the HuffPost as one of “24 Inspiring College Grads Who Exemplify Black Excellence”, a title she was proud to add to her resume. She is an internationally published model, has worked with reputable photographers and brands along the east coast, and she has even traveled to walk the runway for Visçera NY during their private showcase for New York Bridal Fashion Week. That same year, she also appeared as a model at the BETX House of Fashion and Beauty in Los Angeles for the clothing brand Sprayground, and walked during New York Fashion Week for designer Staci Sherri.
