My photography and printmaking primarily focuses on the human form. I like to incorporate photos into my prints, converting a photograph into an ink monotype print. I want my work to be thought provoking as well as enjoyable to look at.
I am more experienced as a printmaker than a photographer, but I know how to compose a shot and use lighting to achieve the effects I'm looking for to produce the desired print. I work with body paint as well when it's relevant to the print I want to create.
I can travel at no expense (distance within reason 60 miles or so) to shoot with someone if the desired look or body style is needed for a piece of my art. When an idea gets into my head, I go to great lengths to produce the piece otherwise it consumes me to get the work completed.
