Hi, my name is Abdel Berrada i do like 3 fitness competion every year, so i stay lean all year , i am a muscle model and a personal trainer , fitness its my passion and a lifestyle for me... i keep my objectif in my mind to be a international muscle fitness!!! I would like to be a part-timer in the art of modeling, I would like to do some modeling jobs here and there just no nude. I workout 6 times a week, I lift weights and cardio . I believe myself to be pretty lean and ripped aswell as muscular, all around I think I have a good shape since all my life is fixated on this. Oh and I eat very well too!
