Here goes, my name is Michael Simpson but please call me mike I'm 36 I'm originally from Birmingham but now live in a Lincolnshire village. I class myself as an amateur even though I've been into photography for many years more as a hobby more than anything else, as the new year came I thought about where I wanted my photography to progress, so I created my own website, had a sit down and had a think about what type of photography I want to try next and the two that I thought about were portrait and landscapes photography I've always been interested in portrait taking so here I am and so willing to learn all about it.
As my photography has mainly been about Military Aviation I'm very new to this genre of photography and what it entails.

What do I hope to get out of being apart of here is to try and perfect my skills in portrait photography so I can then take my photography to the next level and offer my services to more people.

I have limited kit available as I don't want to expand it just yet just want to see how it goes first then maybe look at expanding it at a later date.
