About Me
Eckhart Schmidt made his name as a film and documentary director. Five years ago he first published his photo work, the 2007 "Window Girls" and the 2008 cycle "Saharan Motor Hotel", resulting in seven exhibits, ranging from Munich to Los Angeles. As with Window Girls, Belleville Verlag published the accompanying book of photography and text for this project "Mulholland Drive - Opening Scenes". Upcoming "Motel Girls", "Confessions of a Girl in Love"
